We are a Growing Medicare Home Health Agency who are looking to add a dynamic Compliance Coordinator, who has experience in Medicare Home Health. Our Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the updates and submission required to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting to ensure agency compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements. The Compliance Coordinator assists the Compliance Officer with all aspects of regulatory reporting and tasks that assist with maintaining compliance in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies and procedures

Requirements:
1. College degree preferred, but experience in the field is considered.
2. Preferred experience in home healthcare or related health program.
3. Must be able to deal with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality, adhering to standards for HIPAA and PHI.
4. Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
5. Basic, functional knowledge of computer/technology skills.
