Job Summary

Trispark Media's Marketing Assistants act as a support to the departments marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials. In this role, you are also required to assist various departments throughout the company with a variety of tasks.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing projects.
2. Reporting regularly to the production manager with project status and utilize agency project management tool as directed.
3. Help organize market research and media monitoring via spot logs.
4. Assist with the production, ordering, and assembly of marketing materials.
5. Maintain marketing supply room by checking and replenishing inventory.
6. Create and maintain social media handles for clients.
7. Brainstorm and write social media posts and online blogs.
8. Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases, including order tracking.
9. Assist with events, booking venues, and ordering marketing materials.
10. Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
11. Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents.
12. Provide administrative support to all departments within the company. Included but not limited to scanning, copying, filing, covering reception, directing visitors, putting away supplies, answering calls, and other duties.
