HC3 Program Manager Washington DC Full Time Job Overview The candidate is applying for the HC3 Program Manager position to support a federal client. The HC3 Program Manager shall be responsible for development and dissemination of communications and products to national level working groups under the direction of federal leadership. The Program Manager shall provide resources and personnel to operationalize data calls and communications through cyber-security vulnerabilities that may impact public environments.   Responsibilities and Duties · Design and implement reports that highlight trends, patterns, and threats for the stakeholder community. · Discern trends and patterns from daily threat feed data collected in open-source and proprietary Contractor collection platforms. · Develop communication products, summaries, executive reporting, and other materials necessary to communicate activities to internal and external stakeholders · Develop, author, and revise policy documents, MOU/MOAs, agreements, and other supporting documentation to facilitate the collaboration, sharing and communications mission. · Ensure monitoring of resource mailboxes, resource phone lines, and other tip sources to ensure that inquiries are addressed and routed in a timely manner · Develop and facilitate SOP’s and supporting documentation to support cyber-security collaboration and knowledge sharing. · Discern trends and patterns from daily threat feed data collected in open-source and proprietary Contractor collection platforms · Design and implement reports that highlight trends, patterns, and threats for client’s stakeholder community · Provide as necessary written products, communications, executive reporting, presentations, and emails as requested.
