Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting data analysis needs of the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Team
• Responsible for managing data processes around QRM software
• Responsible for ALM data controls
• Ensures that all documentation complies with company regulations and standards.
• Responsible for personnel management and performance evaluations.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics or related field
• 6+ years of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, budget or financial analysis or other directly related experience.
• Managerial experience required.
• Requires advanced knowledge of financial analysis and data mining.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software packages and various types of spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of Databases. Microsoft SQL Server and Postgress
• Ability to establish and meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analysis, organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exhibits a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
• Requires sound judgment and ability to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage and motivate employees.
