The Sales Support Services Supervisor trains and coaches the sales support team. Supervises the daily operations of the sales support function. Being a Sales Support Services Supervisor coordinates and supports promotional events to increase sales volume. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of support activities such as order processing, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams.
