The Group Director Retail Banking establishes the strategy, goals, and performance levels required to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Oversees a retail branch network's financial and service performance for a geographic area. Being a Group Director Retail Banking supports a relationship-building sales culture and standards for exceptional customer service using coaching, training, and incentives. Monitors and analyzes financial and customer metrics to understand needs, identify issues, and target the proper resources needed to achieve goals for each branch in the network. In addition, Group Director Retail Banking collaborates with other functions of the bank to provide customers seamless support for product and service needs.
