Being a Medical Assistant - Non-Certified prepares treatment rooms for the examination of patients. May draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Additionally, Medical Assistant - Non-Certified may perform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, answering the phone, and scheduling appointments.
