The preferred candidate will have background experience in case management specific to child welfare or ORR requirements. They will ensure that their team of case managers comply with youth assessment practices and maintain constant communication with program personnel which includes unit supervisors, case managers, clinical staff, and others. They will provide training to case managers on program, agency, state, and federal policy updates/changes. They will assist with sponsor assessments.
