Job Description Job Description The GCC Equipment Parts Coordinator WS 1 safely performs routine tasks to ensure timely parts and materials acquisition for the GCC equipment and maintenance shop. Is responsible for maintaining sufficient parts inventory to ensure efficient shop operations. Obtains bids and quotes on parts, supplies, tools, and miscellaneous equipment while ensuring maximum cost savings and efficient work flow. Inspects parts and supplies for maximum quality and condition. Communicates with external vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Meets or exceeds project safety, quality, efficiency, and profit goals for work activities.
