Job Description Job Description Madden Industrial is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience working on an asphalt crew and operating a roller. Asphalt Roller Operator Shift: M-F 6am-5pm (10 hours days in peak season) Asphalt Roller Operator Pay: $27-34.25/hr DOE Asphalt Roller Operator Responsibilities: Safely operate asphalt roller machine Safely operate other light and heavy equipment such as a backhoe, and bob cat Set, control and watch machine for proper compaction Oversee the loading and transportation of needed materials and or equipment Follow safety procedures Asphalt Screed Operator Qualifications: 18+ years 2+ year experience operating an roller 2+ years of heavy equipment operation Mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery Valid drivers license highly preferred Class A CDL highly preferred Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check Asphalt Screed
