About the role Working from your home office, the Family Enrollment Counselor focuses on building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with families interested in enrolling in a Connections Academy school. The Family Enrollment Counselor is accountable for delivering a superior customer experience by communicating the value, features, and benefits of a Connections Academy school offering, while ensuring parents understand the expectations of a virtual school experience. The Family Enrollment Counselor helps families make the right enrolment decision for their child and is the first point of contact for parents as they begin their enrollment journey. Family Enrollment Counselors will have a customer focused mindset and enjoy building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Customer is everything to you! Job Description: The offices of Student Financial Services and Admissions (Enrollment Services) are currently seeking a Senior Enrollment Counselor (Financial Aid) to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and service-oriented environment. Reporting to both the Director of Student Transitions and the Associate Director of Student Financial Services, this position serves as a member of the Enrollment Services team and focuses on enrollment, retention and financial aid processes and services. The Senior Enrollment Counselor (Financial Aid) is primarily located in Student Financial Services and is cross-training in Admissions. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Supports customer service operations by counseling students and families on enrollment and the financial aid applications and processes.
