Job Description Job Description Family Education Facilitator Job Description: The Family Education Facilitator is responsible for the education of parents that are at risk of losing their children to the Foster Care System. The Facilitator serves in the family's home and teaches 25 adaptive sessions pertaining to: parenting skills and resilience, home environment, protective factors for their children, support systems, child development and much more. Reports are sent to the DHHS caseworkers every week. Responsibilities: · Provide support and education to families in the state of Utah that are referred to Family 7 Foundations. · Teach families the 25 affirmations outlined in the curriculum. Recognize, respond, and adapt to the educational needs of the family. · Report back successes and struggles to the DHHS case worker every week.
