The Vice President of Philanthropy will manage fundraising efforts for the organization and work to expand all sources of revenue to support team and program growth. This role will report to the COO and closely partner with the CEO to strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and donors across the state. As a Policy & Programs Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and carrying out the work of NARFE’s Policy and Programs Department, which leads the association’s efforts to influence public policy, via direct lobbying, coordination of grassroots advocacy, policy development, and political affairs; provides educational content related to federal retirement and health benefits; and which manages the association’s events (national training conferences and organizational meetings).
