Job Details and Responsibilities: This position is full-time position with the opportunity for a 4-day work week! Provider will float throughout NYC working out of various hospitals and medical centers to handle physician referrals in their own office space on site. Primary responsibilities will focus on fitting and dispensing. As a floating provider, you will have a PCC with you along with cloud-based software to access charts / files.
