Working closely with the research librarians, this position supports attorneys and staff, and reports to the Director of Research Services and the Research Services Manager. Responsibilities include: Maintain strict confidentiality of firm matters Assist with reference requests and research while providing a high level of customer service via phone, in person, and email Review research findings and write summaries Answer questions from attorneys and staff and escalate when necessary Conduct public records, legal, and business research using appropriate electronic resources Service, implement and maintain news, litigation, and current awareness 3+ years of research experience is required, preferably in a law firm environment.
