Job Description Job Description Maintenance Supervisor Full Time, 1st shift, Mon- Fri with overtime Responsibilities include: Coordinate all assigned project work and inspection with all shifts within a manufacturing company. Ensuring routine maintenance and preventive maintenance Assign maintenance tasks to maintenance technicians Supervise the maintenance technicians Perform maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules Assign maintenance technicians to projects, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance Assist with coaching, training, performance reviews, rewarding, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and scheduling. Supervise staff to meet production goals. Maintain paperwork and procedures regarding maintenance and personnel. Assist with implementation and enforcement of all company policies/procedures.
