Description: The ME will need experience interfacing with customers, designing, constructing, and maintaining capital equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to effectively manage mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing aspects of the role. Strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of machine safety and guarding are a plus have. Day to day this person will be required to work with other engineers to support machine designs, components and drawing along with part selection. This person needs to be open to working behind a desk doing the actual design work and going on the manufacturing floor to make sure the equipment does what it is supposed to do from a mechanical perspective.
