Job Description Position Purpose The Fraud Operations Manager analyzes moderate to complex account activity utilizing various fraud tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Identifies and escalates to the VP, Risk Management, any suspected, alleged or known internal and external fraud investigations against the Credit Union and its members. Reports directly to the VP, Risk Management and will be a member of the Risk Management Department.
