Wellness Coordinator Salary in Texas

Reporting to the Program Manager and Lead Youth Training Specialist, the Wellness Coordinator works in South King and Pierce County helping youth and young adults stay engaged in our “Pathway to Success Series” programming. Time will be split amongst current in-school and community-based projects. In this full-time position you will focus on reviewing student applications, tracking student early warning indicators and community data, organizing resources, connecting with other community-based organizations, and holding youth resiliency connection sessions to ensure they have the best social and emotional support to achieve success within our programming. Your initial training will consist of tracking data through apricot, foundational training on adverse childhood experiences, analyzing Build 2 Lead early warning indicators, tracking Build 2 Lead case management processes, possibly complete case management certification (if applicable) and truly understanding the vision and communities
