Job Description Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the Desktop Architect is the lead of a team responsible for operating and maintaining the organization's IT endpoint infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of endpoints throughout the organization. This includes thin clients, personal computers, mobile devices, and any device our customers use to perform their work.
