Provide the full package sales experienceProspect and secure new IT business to consistently penetrate territory, increase sales, customer base and market share through contcts, networking, tradeshows, conferences, etc.

Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of high-end sales and services to an assigned base of large accounts (both existing and new clients), insuring that all accounts have adequate information, appropriate coverage, and ultimately be responsible for customer satisfaction.

Creates business cases and high-level financial models including ROI and TCO analysis to help in positioning and selling of technology-based solutions to solve business problems.

Participates in campaigns, product fairs and seminars, works with marketing manager to understand new offers and leads in local area, generates leads independently and follows-up appropriately.

Builds and maintains research on prospective and current customers relating to how each customer is organized (hierarchically, brands, channels, and key relationships).

Works with other divisions to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and to maximize selling potential within the company.

Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase Iron Bow footprint and wallet share in the account.

Drives sales by focusing on serving, retaining, and growing our core clients and by developing the strategic selling skills of the team.

Assist with creating the annual budget forecast, customer relationship map, customer communication plan, annual and monthly forecasts, monthly KPI update, monthly communication with customer, executive statuses, year-end reviews, customer satisfaction survey participant list validation, monthly operations and system status reports, daily system status report, and account trend reports.
