It’s rare to find a company that balances growth, safety, and employee satisfaction so well. Great for people who enjoy practical work with clear results. Equipment is usually fine, but replacements take time. However, opportunities for innovation are limited, and management can be less approachable.

Coworkers are supportive, though team dynamics vary depending on the site. Team collaboration here is outstanding. Projects are large and generally well-organized, but communication is hit or miss. However, there’s a lot of red tape on decision-making.
