About East Bay High School
The East Bay High School Army JROTC program was founded in 1977. Since then we have been going strong and expanding as we now have over 200 cadets enrolled in the program. The program is directed by our SAI, LTC (ret.) Howard Swanson; AI, CSM (ret.) William Bouyoucas; and our AI, Sergeant 1st Class (ret.) Rodney Avent.
