There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication, which makes day-to-day tasks run smoothly. The environment is safe and structured, though not particularly innovative. From procurement to delivery, everything is thoughtfully managed. The company invests in equipment and people equally. While that may be ideal for some, it can get boring.

There’s also a strong sense of camaraderie—you’re not just a number here. Training exists but varies in quality and access depending on location. The work environment is positive, and there's a strong emphasis on teamwork and achieving collective goals. Leadership recognizes and rewards hard work. What I appreciate most is the respect given to frontline workers—we’re trusted to make decisions and solve problems. Our facility is one of the cleanest I’ve seen in the industry. I feel fortunate to be part of this manufacturing team. It's gratifying to be part of an organization that consistently produces excellent products while maintaining such high standards for employee treatment and development.
