In my five years here, I've been promoted twice and taken on increasingly challenging projects. The culture is professional but lacks vibrancy. Clear processes and expectations make it easy to stay aligned with goals, while flexible scheduling supports work-life balance. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. The team is friendly, but interactions are mostly formal. Benefits are fine, and workloads are reasonable.
