Training is provided but basic. Working here has been a great opportunity to grow my career. Leadership clearly communicates goals, and staff meetings are productive. The training materials were practical and immediately applicable. However, some employees feel the culture could be more inclusive and flexible. Management is approachable and works to ensure staff have the tools and training they need. The organization provides a stable work environment, though some processes feel bureaucratic. This clinic functions well enough, but other staff seem stressed.
