Management is clear about goals and expectations, and they provide the resources needed to succeed. Everyone knows their role and executes efficiently. Some processes feel bureaucratic and often. However, project updates and employee engagement efforts are limited. We work on projects that have real-world impact and long-term importance. Career progression is possible but often competitive.

However, flexibility is lacking, and leadership engagement is minimal beyond basic performance tracking and weekly reporting requirements.
