Safety practices exist but are sometimes unevenly applied. Leadership recognizes and rewards hard work. Training programs are available but sometimes lack specificity for certain roles. Leadership encourages employee feedback and continuous improvement. I’ve really enjoyed being part of this company. Tools are provided, but upgrades are infrequent. If you're self-sufficient and like routine, it works well.
