This thoughtful approach shows that the company trusts its employees and understands the different environments needed for different types of tasks. Training exists but isn’t always promoted. Our project management is surprisingly organized for such a creative environment. The pace is fast, but the energy is high. However, the environment doesn’t feel especially innovative. This organization supports remote work and provides decent benefits but innovation is sometimes hindered by bureaucracy.
