Section C-1B is the inter-council organization of the Order of the Arrow for the eastern half of Area 1 of the Central Region of the Boy Scouts of America. The section includes portions of Eastern Minnesota, the northern half of Wisconsin, and Upper Michigan. There are 5 lodges in Section C-1B with a total of over 2,500 Arrowmen.
