Established in 2012. Farm to table/nose to tail - We buy local produce as much as possible, as well as whole animals, which our in-house butcher prepares, also making our own charcuterie and sausage. This means our menu changes daily as we use the freshest produce we can find, and go through all the different cuts of meat from each animal.
