The Role

Business Development Representative (BDR) – EMEA


As a BDR, you will support the Director of Strategic Partnerships in EMEA. This remote position, based in Ireland, involves assisting with lead research and setting up sales calls. Ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, this role is crucial in building the pipeline of potential partners for Consero’s unique platform.


What You'll Do

Research and Lead Generation:

- Research accounts to identify key players.

- Develop outbound lead generation strategies to create strong demand for Consero's platform.


Relationship Building:

- Develop relationships through phone, email, and social channels.

- Establish credibility and work directly with senior sales and marketing leaders within prospective client organizations.


Sales Support:

- Set up sales calls for the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

- Use Salesforce and other sales tools for daily tasks.


Collaboration:

- Partner with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on pipeline progress and strategy.


What You Bring

- 1-3 years of sales or lead generation experience (preferably in B2B environments).

- Strong research and lead generation skills.

- Self-driven and highly motivated.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred).

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
