DHL Air (UK) is the largest all-cargo air carrier in the UK, operating a fleet of B757-200SF, B767-300F and B777-200F aircraft on worldwide operations. The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support to a busy, fast paced HR team. The duties for the role are completely generalist and you will provide administration support to all elements of HR and therefore attention to detail and accuracy are of paramount importance to this role.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Assisting with internal and external enquiries or requests via various channels (email, phone, face to face) on a daily basis
- Updating the HR system with employee change of details
- Supporting the HR Team in sending out standard letters and any other correspondence as required
- Monitoring and accurately tracking the receipt of HR documentation to ensure complete and accurate records are held.
- Input the HR forms for holiday requests and overtime.
- Assist with benefits related administration.
- Scan/file all paperwork promptly, ensuring that this is kept up to date and accurate in line with GDPR requirements.
- Support the HR Team with day to day tasks and project work.
- Administration of Airside and Landside passes
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Due to the nature of this role, previous HR administration experience would be advantageous as you will need to be able to demonstrate that you can hit the ground running. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated. You will be proficient in MS office and an excellent communicator, both written and verbally. You will be inputting important data into HR systems and therefore accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.
