Being a Change Management Manager follows Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes. Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase's timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies. Additionally, Change Management Manager enables the change implementation phase by creating and delivering communications, training, and transition plans for managers and employees and deploying required resources or interim support. Administers post-implementation monitoring processes to measure the results of changes and make necessary course adjustments. Maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Change Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
