IT Quality Assurance Analyst III evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems services and /or software. Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards. Being an IT Quality Assurance Analyst III documents issues and tracks status in designated systems. Develops solutions to resolve problems and makes recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and products. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Analyst III may develop new or special testing for new products or to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
