360 Fire & Flood is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and the Construction Industry and a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's mission and objectives. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
- Conduct exit interviews and process termination paperwork.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
