HireArt is helping an autonomous shuttle startup hire Self-Driving Vehicle Operators to help ensure all customers have a safe, clean, professional, and enjoyable experience.
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized and attentive to detail, and customer-oriented with a passion for new technologies.

Sign-on bonus
Saturday 9:30AM-4:00PM OR 3:30PM-10:00PM
Sunday 7:30AM-2:00PM
Tuesday-Friday: 1:30PM-6PM and 5:30PM-10:00PM

Sign-on bonus
- New hires will receive a $500 bonus after 90 days worked!
- ($250 will be paid after 45 days worked and the second $250 will be paid after 90 days worked)
- $250 for each referral who works 45 days
Saturday 9:30AM-4:00PM OR 3:30PM-10:00PM
Sunday 7:30AM-2:00PM
Tuesday-Friday: 1:30PM-6PM and 5:30PM-10:00PM
As a Self-Driving Vehicle Operator, you will:
- Interact on a daily basis with riders and company operations.
- Make suggestions on how to improve vehicle feel, comfort, and overall experience.
- Check the safety condition of vehicles daily.
- Clean interior and exterior of vehicles at regular intervals or as needed.
- Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
- The ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Comfortable pushing individuals in wheelchairs up a ramp and into a car
- Methodical and process-oriented
- Organized and able to document daily summaries
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers a plus
