Human Resource Manager
The following is a list of some but not all responsibilities and specific tasks that will be assigned to the person in this role:
Works closely with management and employees to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness in support of increased business performance.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition colleagues accordingly.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations as appropriate. partnership with leaders, develops Performance Improvement Plans for employees with substandard performance.
Provides employees and management with coaching and counseling, ensuring objectivity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues.
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that fulfills the position's requirements will be considered.
Sales/Knowledge/Abilities:
Experience with HR information systems is preferred.
Proven Excel skills in managing databases, performing lookups, setting up pivot tables, and designing charts will be needed.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and inter-cultural competence
Strong Interpersonal and people skills, in particular the ability to build relationships and influence others
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook); advanced Excel skills and strong statistical and strong analytical skills preferred
Demonstrated experience in a matrix, high performance work environment and team- oriented culture
Strong track record of results achieved through collaboration, influence skills, and organizational and change management skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
