Responsibilities:
- Dissemination of information from supporting departments to providers
- Escalation and troubleshooting of various issues, as needed
- Conduct quality assurance surveys to both parents and therapists
- 2-week check-in call with new providers and families after starting services
- Review and process rate increase requests
- Complete special projects to increase provider retention
- Diligent follow up with providers on billing and credentialing items needed to remain in compliance
- Utilizing electronic report to identify session notes in need of corrections, work closely with billing on the collection and submission of corrected session notes
- Working closely with credentialing department to ensure missing items are submitted
- Maintain a positive rapport with both clients/families and providers
- Analysis of "clinical session fulfillment": follow up on cancelled hours and promote make-up sessions to ensure our children are receiving their full approved hours
- Provide new therapists with EMR system and email access, as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative setting, medical setting preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, prioritize and use time efficiently
- Computer savvy and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment or unexpected events
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Access to a car is preferable
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full-time non-exempt $20-$23 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm 3 days a week, 11:00am-7:30pm 2 days a week.
