Description:
This position will be in the new build department: Products being tested before being sent off to customers. The employee will be testing and calibrating completed builds. Perform leak and flow tests, all desired operations, and diagnose any malfunctions. When issues are discovered, will document and return to the assembly department for rework as needed. Common issues are: Missing fitting, seals, circuit board issues. The boards are not produced there, so need to determine if the failing is in the board or in the connections to the machine. If the board has failed, will swap out the whole thing. Will be using Excel and TSI software to perform data entry and look up model numbers to determine best processes for repairs. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to the component level. (if the board needs new components they will just swap the board) Continually improve the setup, calibration, and test procedures used on the new equipment orders. Work with engineers on product performance and functionality issues.

REQUIRED: 2 year degree in electronics technology Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment Level I - 6 months - 2 years ($23.00/hr-$25.00/hr) Level II - 3 years ($25/hr-$27/hr) ITAR compliant.
