Job Title: Planner Scheduler
Job Description
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. Responsibilities include determining clear work breakdown structure, schedule logic, constraints, and task durations using relevant project experience and input from task owners and/or teams. Assign project costs, personnel resources, and material quantities to schedule tasks in accordance with requirements. Baseline the project schedule showing a clear critical path, and provide weekly reporting and analysis on schedule variance, resource usage, schedule health, and future forecasts to effectively communicate comprehensive project performance. Leverage earned value analysis to engage and lead project team members in responsive actions. Provide proactive analysis on float erosion, potential schedule risks, and issues, and deliver remediation options to the project managers. Support field construction with on-site schedule management and progress monitoring. Collaborate with subcontractor design and subcontractor construction schedulers to prioritize and enforce schedule and reporting requirements.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Per Diem candidates will also recieve a trip home every 3 weeks for a long weekend (Friday-Monday)
