aeSolutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Sales Enablement team. This person will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, generate leads, and ultimately drive business growth. This role will involve collaboration across technical and support teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies; creation of high-impact content via internal and third-party partners; and day-to-day website management.

The person in this role will also manage aeSolutions’ social media accounts and email marketing campaigns while driving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts across all digital platforms.

aeSolutions will provide the person in this role opportunities to personally develop and strengthen their digital marketing skillset, moving from executing tactics to helping develop and implement strategy in collaboration with senior operations leaders. Additionally, aeSolutions encourages and supports personal and professional development, with access to a robust Learning Management System and bonuses for earning certifications and licenses.

Success in this role will be measured by obtaining mutually-determined digital marketing KPIs built around increased website traffic and lead generation through effective SEO and content marketing strategies, improved social media and brand visibility, and successful execution of sales enablement strategies.

aeSolutions services clients and values experience in a variety of industries, including Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemical, Automotive, Fertilizer, Paint, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics, Pulp and Paper Products, and more.

Note: This role may be filled in our Greenville office or remotely in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, Georgia, or Alaska.

Qualifications / Experience

• A Bachelors degree (B.A. , B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in key areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and a thorough understanding of social medial and web analytics (with experience utilizing Google Analytics being a plus) is required
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation systems
• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop desired
• The willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time; Valid driver's license required
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision
