**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support in a Dental Office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. Provide Patient consultation to review the doctors recommended treatment, to follow up with patients after consultations, follow up after treatment is performed and work as a team player to make sure each patients recieves the very best care possible. Answer patient calls, emails and questions.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
**Skills:**
- Experience in Dentall administrative support or similar role
- Proficiency in Dental terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred
