Summary/Objective
Manages all aspects of complex Alpine Cleaning and Restoration projects from inception to conclusion.
Essential Functions

As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating, and managing multiple construction projects and teams.
Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with managing disparate construction projects at varied completion percentages.
Provides highly skilled construction and management advice and assistance to technicians and handymen.
Responds to customer inquiries about projects.
Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
Establishes and maintains liaison as required with boards, committees, and commissions.
Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Performs project design for engineering projects.
Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.

Supervisory Responsibility
The Project Manager will have direct supervisory duties over technicians and handymen. Staffing level will vary depending on projects. Management of projects includes directing project-related activities of the project team members.
Work Environment
This job operates both in a standard office environment as well as construction environments at a variety of stages of completion. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee will be required to assist with a variety of construction projects such as framing, drywall hanging, wall texturing, light electrical work, and a variety of other general contractor-related activities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend/holiday work.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some projects may require more out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GRE
At least six years of experience in restoration or construction services, including at least two years of experience in project management or a related field; or graduation from an accredited university with a degree in a related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience with water extraction, flood cuts, dehumidifiers, and mold preferred.
