Animal Medical Clinics of Quincy is seeking a responsible, reliable, detail oriented, friendly and dependable receptionist to join our team! As the first person that our clients and patients see, you are the face of the clinic so great people skills are a must! You must be organized, have great customer service skills, be extremely detail oriented, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and work well under pressure. You will find that we have some of the best clients out there and will build great relationships with them!
This is a full time position (Monday-Friday) with the following hours: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 7:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday 7:30am to 11:30am, Friday 7:30am to 5pm. **Pay starts at $14.00 per hour but is based off of experience so starting pay may vary.**
This job includes a variety of office and computer related duties such as greeting clients and their pets, answering phones, checking patients in for their appointments, taking/logging patient weights, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls, taking refill requests, preparing paperwork for the following day, triaging phone calls, documenting important information, etc. You will also be responsible for keeping the reception area/your work area clean and other duties such as stocking prescription food.
