Description : As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred (1 year).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
