The Position:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to bring a fresh perspective and experience to our team. The Marketing Manager will manage and execute all marketing duties for the US Division of Arena, covering all marketing, advertising, PR, online and social media activity.

Responsibilities:
Divisional Marketing Duties
- Develop and execute a divisional, annual Marketing Strategy Plan, to include marketing, advertising, PR, social media and online activity.
- Manage and ensure marketing budgets are adhered to.
- Ensure regular information flow to Group Marketing Team to support Group marketing activity from the Division.
- Select and work with most appropriate suppliers to support delivery of Marketing Plan.
- Negotiation of rates with all suppliers.
- Set up and maintain marketing administrative processes, maintain photographic library, and reference files to all marketing activity.
Advertising/Marketing
- Work with Director of Sales & CEO to identify and collate details of suitable feature projects across the Division.
- Commission and editing of project photography, shortlisting the best images for publication.
- Obtaining client permissions to feature projects, use photography, logos etc.
- Writing of project case studies.
- Planning, collaborating and submitting case studies and photography to Group Marketing team.
- Identifying suitable publications and directories for advertising.
- Work with publications to supply content and artworks
- Managing monthly mailer program.
- Writing and collating all mailer contents.
- Work with graphic designer for artwork layouts.
- Oversee printing and production of all marketing materials, brochures, stationery, uniforms, vehicle and building branding.
PR
- Identifying suitable publications for feature articles
- Writing press releases.
- Building relationships with the media.
Social Media
- Generate and manage content for social media activity to include, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Liaison and briefing of divisional staff responsible for updating social media on a daily basis.
- Quality control of social media content.
- Quarterly review with agency of social media activity and results
Online Activity
- Ongoing monthly updating of content for divisional websites.
- Monthly review of SEO activity
- Monthly monitoring and review with agency of online advertising activity i.e. Google retargeting, PPC etc.
Requirements:
- Graduate with specialization in marketing and communications.
- An experienced marketer, with proven track record in marketing, advertising and PR.
- Good knowledge of website and online media activities, extensive experience and confidence in writing corporate marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced and confident writer.
- Good eye for photography and artwork layouts. Self-starter.
