What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powder Coat Painter position at Argus Technical Services?
Title: Powder Coat Painters
Rate: $16-24 hr. DOE
Location: De Pere
Terms: 4 Month C-D
Hours:
-Hours can be flexible. A lot of them will work from 6AM to 2PM or 6AM to 3PM.
- Also have half-day Fridays; if an employee works 40 hours by 11AM on Friday, they can leave.
Duties:
Client is seeking reliable, experienced Powder Coat Painters.
- May consider sharp individuals with a good work history that want to do this. Pay would be on the lower end to start.
-Painting of parts – safely, timely, and accurately
-To know and apply best coating practices with respect proper prepping and cleaning, paint application and powder recovery, and ensure that quality of work meets expectations.
-Maintaining cleanliness of painting area
-To have the ability to safely use forklift and be certified to do so
-To be skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment
Qualifications:
-HS/GED
-Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
-Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds
