Finance and Insurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, insurance, and automotive sales. As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and insurance aspects of the dealership's vehicle sales transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all finance and insurance activities within the dealership
- Negotiate and finalize deals with customers to ensure profitability
- Process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales contracts, title processing, and loan processing
- Conduct credit analysis and present financing options to customers
- Upsell additional finance and insurance products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finance & Insurance Manager role within a dealership setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, financing, and insurance products
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals efficiently
- Proficiency in contract processing, title processing, and loan processing
- Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with credit analysis techniques and upselling strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Required)
• automotive sales: 1 year (Preferred)
