Job Description:
As a Finance Manager at Bob Mills Mitsubishi, you will play a critical role in our dealership's finance department. You will be responsible for securing financing for our customers, managing the financial processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and financial institutions will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financing process for vehicle purchases, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
• Review and analyze credit reports to determine the best financing options for customers.
• Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork for vehicle financing.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle financing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns related to financing.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to meet dealership goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide financing solutions that enhance the overall sales process.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Sell backend products such as extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance to enhance the overall financial package for customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of backend products, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
• Achieve sales targets for backend products, contributing to the dealership’s profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $94,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
